Our shuttles run multiple times every day (see times below) from the Estes Park area to/from Denver International Airport.  The Estes Park area includes Lyons, Allenspark and Peaceful Valley with limited service between Boulder or Longmont and Estes Park.  Pickups may also be made at the AMTRAK Union station or the Greyhound Station in Denver.  ***PLEASE NOTE THAT THE UNION STATION AMTRAK RUN IS VERY LIMITED AT THIS TIME*** Call our office at (970) 586-5151 for details.  
We offer door-to-door pickup and dropoff service in Estes Park. *Some restrictions may apply*
 We will drop you off at your designated airline at the airport, but our pickup location is the same for everyone. You can find our airport pickup location on the East side of the baggage claim level, outside of door 513, on Island 1.

One Way: $85.00 per person.

Round-Trip Boulder to Estes Park/Estes Park To Boulder: $115.00 One Way:$65.00

LUGGAGE POLICY:

We allow 2 bags per passenger.  

1 Large size suitcase* Max 20 inches wide, 13 inches depth, height 30 inches with handles. 1 Standard size suitcase*Max 17 inches wide, 12 inches depth, 26 inches height including handles. Bags can not exceeded 50 pounds in weight. *Plus 1 personal item (Back pack, purse etc must be able to hold on lab or in floor without disruption to other passengers or driver**) Free of charge***.  We allow each Child Ticketed passenger (child under the age of 2) 1 standard size* bag, Free of charge.  Any bags over these limits will incur additional fee of $85 per bag.  If you have sports equipment, please call the office to book.

**A personal item is to be defined as any hand-held item that can be comfortably and safely held in the passenger’s lap or can be safely stored on the floor between the passenger’s feet without inconveniencing any passenger seated next to, in front of, or behind them. No refund will be issued for shuttle fare due to passengers not adhering to Estes Park Shuttle Luggage terms. 

PET POLICY:
We love pets but they are not permitted on scheduled shuttles unless they are certified service animals.  We need at least 48-hour advanced notice of an animal on board.  Crating of animals is required.  Service animal accommodations can be made on a case-by-case basis.

Some of our scheduled times may not be available.

We strongly recommend that you book at least one week in advance.
