Our shuttles run multiple times every day (see times below) from the Estes Park area to/from Denver International Airport.  The Estes Park area includes Lyons, Allenspark and Peaceful Valley with limited service between Boulder or Longmont and Estes Park.  Pickups may also be made at the AMTRAK Union station or the Greyhound Station in Denver.  ***PLEASE NOTE THAT THE UNION STATION AMTRAK RUN IS VERY LIMITED AT THIS TIME*** Call our office at (970) 586-5151 for details.  
We offer door-to-door pickup and dropoff service in Estes Park. *Some restrictions may apply*
 We will drop you off at your designated airline at the airport, but our pickup location is the same for everyone. You can find our airport pickup location on the East side of the baggage claim level, outside of door 513, on Island 1.

RATES:
Round-Trip DIA: $135.00 per person
One Way: $75.00 per person

Note: Credit cards recommended on reservation. Drivers do not carry change.

LUGGAGE POLICY:

We allow 2 standard size* bags plus 1 hand carry bag**, Free of charge.  We allow each Child Ticketed passenger (child under the age of 2) 1 standard size* bag, Free of charge.  One oversized bag is the equivalent of two standard sized bags.  Any bags over these limits will incur additional fee of $75 per bag.  If you have sports equipment, please call the office to book.

*A standard size bag is defined as: Any bag or fully enclosed box with a Maximum size of 62 inches (L+W+H) and a maximum weight of 50 lbs. Example: 20″ + 10″ + 32″ = 62″

**A hand carry bag is to be defined as any hand-held item that can be comfortably and safely held in the passenger’s lap or can be safely stored on the floor between the passenger’s feet without inconveniencing any passenger seated next to, in front of, or behind them.

PET POLICY:
We love pets but they are not permitted on scheduled shuttles unless they are certified service animals.  We need at least 48-hour advanced notice of an animal on board.  Crating of animals is required.  Service animal accommodations can be made on a case-by-case basis.

Some of our scheduled times may not be available.

We strongly recommend that you book at least one week in advance.

If you need to book a shuttle in less than 48 hours,
it is necessary to call the office directly during normal business hours. 8am – 6pm daily.

**Estes Park to DIA: Shuttle times listed above are departure times from town, not pickup times.Passengers must be ready for pickup 45 minutes before departure time. Passenger(s) that are not ready to board when shuttle arrives with all luggage for pickup the shuttle will depart without you and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
